We can train in your apartment gym, outdoors, or at a private studio. Each session is built around your body, your goals, and your schedule. I design every session based on your goals, your fitness level, and what kind of support you need that day. You won’t find cookie-cutter workouts or pressure to perform. What you will find is a coach who is fully tuned in, showing up with a plan that works and adjusting it in real time as needed.

Monthly Pricing for One-on-One Coaching

  • 1x/week (4 sessions): $440

  • 2x/week (8 sessions): $800

  • 3x/week (12 sessions): $1,140

  • 4x/week (16 sessions): $1,440

Note: All sessions are 60 minutes. Packages expire 37 days after your first session.

Train With a Friend

Shared Sessions, Shared Motivation.

Buddy Training lets you split your sessions with someone else — a friend, partner, or co-worker. You’ll get all the benefits of personal coaching while sharing the cost and energy. Sessions are still customized and focused. I’ll make sure both of you stay challenged and supported throughout.

  • 1x/week (4 sessions): $560 ($280 per person)

  • 2x/week (8 sessions): $1,120 ($560 per person)

  • 3x/week (12 sessions): $1,680 ($840 per person)
