We can train in your apartment gym, outdoors, or at a private studio. Each session is built around your body, your goals, and your schedule. Note: All sessions are 60 minutes. Packages expire 37 days after your first session.

Train With a Friend
Shared Sessions, Shared Motivation.
Buddy Training lets you split your sessions with someone else — a friend, partner, or co-worker. You’ll get all the benefits of personal coaching while sharing the cost and energy. Sessions are still customized and focused. I’ll make sure both of you stay challenged and supported throughout.
